Return Policy and Refunds
- All products in our website are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories or is defective.
- The return Window is 1 week after you have received the product. You have to file the return request(through the email given below) within one week of receiving the product to be eligible to receive refunds.
- To File a return, send an email to sanjaysrimathicomputer@gmail.com containing the reason for your product return along with any photo describing the damage that the product has suffered. We will contact you soon. After our contact you can send the product back to us through any courier. The product needs to be sent back in the same box that it was received. Once we have received the product we will refund the money you paid for the product after making sure that the image you have sent to us matches the state of the returned product.
- Refunds will also be provided on cancelled orders, if the order is cancelled before you receive the email confirming that the order has been shipped, which usually occurs on the same day the order is placed
The Buyer Acknowledges that the products sold in this site are sold as is received from the manufacturer(Epson). The seller (Sri Mathi Computer) does not make any representation towards the warranty of the sold product.
The Buyer agrees not to hold the Seller (not being the manufacturer) responsible and liable for quality, functionality or defect in workmanship of the Products sold under these terms. All claims of warranty / DOA should be addressed only to the manufacturer of the Products.
For any issues regarding the functionality of the product received contact Epson Toll Free Number(186030001600), it will be up to Epson to provide further support regarding the product.
We hold the right to update any terms in this policy at our discretion.
