Return Policy and Refunds

All physical products that are bought from our store can be returned within the return window and full refund for the purchased product will be given back to the customer if appropriate reasons are provided for the product return such as product damage while shipping. Generally the return window for the products is 15 days and the payment refund time taken is 5-7 days after we receive the returned product. for more detailed information go through the bellow details.

  1.  If your product is damaged while shipping
    1. take pictures of the product damage and send it to one of the whatsapp number: 7708043693, 9994544875  or email it to sanjaysrimathicomputer@gmail.com. we will be in further contact with you.
    2. All product return window is 15 days from receiving the product, so raise the return request either through one of the above whatsapp numbers or through email before that time window.
    3. If we confirm that the product is damaged you can send it back to us and once we receive the product  and checked that the product is damaged we will refund you the full price for the product at the time of purchase along with the courier fee for the product return Or if you prefer we can send you another product of the same model instead of the price refund once we receive the damaged product. The payment refund will take 5-7 days once we receive the product.
    4. all further details regarding the courier charges for the returning product will be discussed case by case.
  2. If your Product is not damaged but you are not satisfied by the product
    if you are not satisfied with the purchased product you can return it to us within the return window of 15 days.
    1. raise a return complaint either through email: sanjaysrimathicomputer@gmail.com or Whatsapp numbers: 7708043693, 9994544875 
    2. once we have acknowledged the return of the product you can return the product to us.
    3. once we have received the product and made sure that the product has suffered no damage we will refund you the full product price as listed at the time of purchase. No shipping cost incurred by you to return the product will be compensated.
  3. Wrong order placement
    if you want to cancel the order please reach out to us immediately through mail or phone number mentioned in Contact Us page in our website. if you reach out to us immediately before we dispatch the order(which is usually on the same day of order placement before 7pm) then we can immediately cancel the order and refund your payment within 5-7 days through Razorpay refunds.
    if want to cancel the order after the order is dispatched then follow steps(2) for order return.

The Buyer Acknowledges that the products sold in this site are sold as is received from the manufacturer(Epson). The seller (Sri Mathi Computer) does not make any representation towards the warranty of the sold product.

The Buyer agrees not to hold the Seller (not being the manufacturer) responsible and liable for quality, functionality or defect in workmanship of the Products sold under these terms. All claims of warranty / DOA should be addressed only to the manufacturer of the Products.

For any issues regarding the functionality of the product received contact Epson Toll Free Number(186030001600), it will be up to Epson to provide further support regarding the product.
 
We hold the right to update any terms in this policy at our discretion.
