Features
Direct USB port
L8100 has a USB port which makes it convenient to print directly from a USB memory device, or you can use a memory-card to USB convertor device to print.
It must be noted that it only supports the JPEG format for direct prints from a memory device
ID Card and CD Printing
L8100 allows supports printing on ID cards and CD’s. The tray for placing the CD’s and ID cards comes with the printer. The dimensions of the Id card to be places are 54mm x 86mm and 0.76 mm thickness.
Note: Though it supports Id card and CD printing this printer is primarily a photo printer and not a commercial ID card printing machine. It is only recommended to occasionally use this feature( Approx. 5-10 prints/day) and not use this printer for high volume ID card printing.
Smart Printing
This printer has Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi direct options for convenient printing from other devices in your Wi-Fi .
Epson also has apps such as Epson iPrint, Epson Smart Panel for direct mobile to printer connection.
